Maintenance Program

50 Point Maintenance and Safety Inspection

Service Works offers 2 maintenance programs to fit your needs. Don’t get caught up in contracts that offer replacement of parts for your furnace, air conditioner or heat pump. We focus on extending the life of your equipment to get the most of your heating or cooling system investment. Performing routine maintenance is the best way to maintain equipment efficiency, prevent equipment failures, keep your home safe from damages that can result from equipment malfunctions. A little problem caught during an inspection can prevent thousands of dollars in damage to equipment and property. Water damage from clogged equipment drains, low refrigerant or faulty capacitors can cause the heart of an Air Conditioning system, the compressor, to fail.

Furnaces and Heat pumps need maintenance before the heating season. Furnaces have natural gas or propane that need to be checked under fire. Flues and or improper combustion can cause carbon monoxide to leak into the home. Heat pumps low on refrigerant may go unnoticed until the electric bill comes in. Heat pumps will switch to electric heat unknowingly if the heat pump can’t keep up. Just one of the above items to repair will be more than triple the investment in a maintenance contract.
